CHEK-IN: The delivery of the rooms is scheduled between 15:00 and 19:00, however, please communicate the estimated time of arrival and any special needs.
There are no timetables to be respected for entry and exit from the structure, guests can go out and return as they please using the magnetic card delivered upon arrival. For security reasons there is a deposit of € 20.00 (twenty / 00) which will be returned on the day of departure upon delivery of the card.
CHEK-OUT: On the day of departure the rooms must be vacated by 10.00 to allow cleaning and delivery to new arrivals, any special needs must be communicated to avoid inconvenience and further charges.
Smoking is strictly forbidden .
Room cleaning is done every day between 10:30 and 12:00. To allow the cleaning operations to run smoothly, our guests are requested to leave the rooms free at these times. Linen change is provided every three days and is included in the price as well as any extraordinary changes to be agreed with the management.
Customers are invited, upon arrival, to provide an identification document for filling out the P.S. and at the same time regularize the payment of the booked stay.
Pay attention when booking that you have entered breakfast where it is excluded, otherwise in all other cases it is included.
Breakfast is served between 7:30 and 10:00. Any special needs can be agreed the previous day.
Please report any known food intolerances and allergies.
It is always forbidden to prepare and eat meals in the rooms. The use of the kitchen and dishes is also forbidden, unless otherwise agreed.
The breakfast room is open for our guests during the day with coffee maker, kettle and fridge.
We do NOT have parking but we indicate different solutions just a few minutes from us at an affordable price at any time of the year.
